Shipping policy

Please note: order processing times are separate from the shipping times as stated at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service and logistical problems that are outside of our control. Rest assured, we will always do our utmost to minimise these delays.

Imbiss Store does not take any responsibility for delays or items sent to invalid or incorrect addresses. We will not be able to issue a refund on delayed items. 

Imbiss Store is not responsible for items returned to us for the following reasons:

- Incorrect/ insufficient address

- Unclaimed from the post office

- Failure to pay taxes/customs fees

If a package is returned or rejected, it is the customer’s responsibility to email sales@imbissstore.com to arrange redelivery and may incur additional postage costs for the customer.

Some postal services will deliver your item to your door, porch and/or mailbox. Imbiss Store will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if your parcel is left at an unattended address.

The Customer Care team will provide as much assistance as possible to trace a missing parcel, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier chosen by the customer at the time of checkout.

 

Domestic Shipping

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $30 flat rate shipping to throughout Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. For shipping to Outlying Islands, please message us directly (WhatsApp: +852 95040828 or sales@imbissstore.com) for a quotation before finalising your order.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over HK$150 and above, within Hong Kong [Outlying Islands: please contact us directly for a quotation]. For orders under HK$300, we charge $30 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 9 am to 4 pm on Monday to Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through our shipping partner EasyShip who will provide the best rates and logistic companies at checkout.

Please Note:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Imbiss Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Due to the nature of some of our products (i.e. Liquid Probiotics, Topical Skin Spray Probiotics, Liquid Multivitamins, Liquid Multiminerals, etc.,); please ensure that you check with your local customs before finalising your purchase so that you may receive your items in a smooth and timely manner.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@imbissstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We apologise but do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
